Well, I'm having the exact same problem myself. My Xbox One is brand new and I can't even get the Blu-Ray App to function properly. Everytime I try downloading the App, it says 'Installation Stopped' at 100 percent. I've tried ENDLESSLY to "Uninstall" and "Reinstall this Blu-Ray App and nothing seems to work.
